The origin of Ambrozia Business Assistance began with our founder, Melia Sarrasin. Beginning with a personal assistant position at the age of 16, her career progressed through roles in retail management, real estate support, and the hospitality industry, including assisting with a grand opening for a local hotel. After five years of working closely with individuals in highly demanding roles, she identified two consistent issues. First, these professionals were often pulled in multiple directions by time-consuming responsibilities, their valuable time and energy consumed by tasks that hindered their focus on core objectives. Second, while building their careers, professionals did not always have sufficient workload or the financial capacity to commit to hiring a full-time salaried assistant, yet a need for support persisted. In fact, assistance is crucial in the initial years to fully focus on clients, orchestrate a team and lay a solid foundation. This consistent observation led to the establishment of Ambrozia – a service designed to supply precisely the necessary assistance at the specific times it is required, without the long-term commitment of permanent hiring.
